You can’t have transformation without effective communication. Our workforce of more than 350 staff is adapting to significant changes as we strive to achieve demanding targets that will improve the lives of tenants in nearly 11,000 homes across the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

You will take responsibility for delivering modern, informative and persuasive internal communications, using print and electronic media, and you will also be ready to turn your hand to dealing with the press, designers, printers and photographers when required.

We need someone who will quickly get to know our organisation from top to bottom and who will be as comfortable giving strategic advice to the Chief Executive as they are chatting to the least experienced apprentice. 

You will need hands-on experience of delivering effective internal communications during a period of change.  Experience of the wider marketing environment including media relations would be a distinct advantage.
