Programme Manager, 37 hours a week.  Salary £30,898 per annum. Responsible for the delivery of Investment Programmes you will manage and monitor programmes, contracts and partnering arrangements, ensuring that the development and delivery of investment and maintenance works is carried out within budget, to specified performance criteria and timescales.  You will ensure full compliance with all company health and safety requirements and meet the highest standards of customer service, delivery and performance. 

It is essential that you have experience of administrating multi-faceted building maintenance programmes, can demonstrate the ability to deliver key business programme objectives and have knowledge of capital investment programmes.  You will have experience of managing budgets; demonstrate commercial awareness and experience of commissioning and negotiating with suppliers and external contractors.  You will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to work in partnership with others. We offer a Final Salary Pension Scheme and relocation expenses may be available.
