Give us your views

Tenants don’t have to take part in formal groups or elections to make their views known to RCT Homes.

RCT Homes will carry out an independent survey of tenants’ views every year.  All tenants are invited to take part and, in 2008, more than 2,700 tenants returned a completed survey.  The results of the survey have already guided improvements to the services under RCT Homes.  In addition, all tenants are invited to fill in a short ‘tenant satisfaction form’ every time we carry out any repairs or improvement work in their homes. RCT Homes encourages tenants to give us their views at any time.  We welcome complaints when we get things wrong, comments on how we could improve services and compliments when we get things right.
